Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy in the field of personal data protection (the "Policy") applies to all information about a User that Power Retail LLC may obtain in the course of using its resources, in particular the website "www.cahp.uz" (the "Website"), advertising posts on social networks and other sources.
This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 dated July 2, 2019 "On Personal Data" (the "Law").

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Policy:
1.1.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology;
1.1.2. Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (unless processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
1.1.3. Personal data information system - a set of personal data contained in databases, as well as information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
1.1.4. Confidentiality of personal data - the obligation of the Operator or persons with access to resources containing personal data to prevent the dissemination of personal data without the User's consent or other lawful grounds;
1.1.5. Depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine that personal data belongs to a specific User;
1.1.6. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data with or without the use of automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction;
1.1.7. Operator - Power Retail LLC, TIN 311938470, address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirzo Ulugbek District, Mirzo Ulugbek Street, 92/29, independently or jointly with other persons organizing the processing of personal data, determining the purposes of processing, the composition of personal data to be processed and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
1.1.8. Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (User);
1.1.9. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
1.1.10. User - a person interacting with the Website, as well as with advertising materials on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
1.1.11. Dissemination of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing (transferring) personal data to an unlimited group of persons or at making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including disclosure of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or otherwise providing access to personal data;
1.1.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data - transfer of personal data to a public authority of a foreign state, or to a foreign individual or legal entity;
1.1.13. Destruction of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or the physical media containing personal data are destroyed;
1.1.14. Cookies - a small piece of data stored on the User's computer and sent to the web server in an HTTP request by a web client or web browser when attempting to open a Website page;
1.1.15. IP address - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Website is an officially registered website in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2.2. The User's provision of personal data through social networks and the Website means acceptance of this Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.
2.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must refrain from providing his or her personal data to the Company.
2.4. This Policy applies only to the Website and the Company's advertising posts. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for social networks, third-party websites and pages on which the Company places its advertising materials (goods and services).

3. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Operator processes personal data based on the following principles:
3.1.1. lawfulness and fairness;
3.1.2. limiting the processing of personal data to the achievement of specific, predetermined and lawful purposes;
3.1.3. preventing the processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes for which the personal data was collected;
3.1.4. preventing the merging of databases containing personal data processed for mutually incompatible purposes;
3.1.5. processing only personal data that corresponds to the purposes of processing;
3.1.6. ensuring that the content and scope of personal data processed correspond to the stated purposes of processing;
3.1.7. preventing excessive processing of personal data in relation to the stated purposes of processing;
3.1.8. ensuring the accuracy, sufficiency and relevance of personal data in relation to the purposes of processing personal data;
3.1.9. destroying or depersonalizing personal data after the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved or when the need to achieve these purposes no longer exists, unless otherwise provided by law, as well as where the Operator is unable to remedy violations committed in relation to personal data.
3.2. Users' personal data is processed for the following purposes:
3.2.1. ensuring the processes of User identification and authentication;
3.2.2. identifying and/or preventing conditions that facilitate actions performed using the Website that contradict the requirements of the law and this Policy;
3.2.3. improving the quality of the Website and the convenience of its use;
3.2.4. conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.
3.3. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy.
3.6. The Website does not process biometric personal data or special categories of personal data relating to race, nationality, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health or intimate life.
3.7. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and proceeds on the assumption that the User provides reliable and sufficient information and monitors its relevance.
3.8. The Operator performs the following actions with personal data: collection, registration, systematization, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction.
3.9. The User's personal data is stored and processed in a form that makes it possible to identify the User and for the required period of time.
3.10. The conditions for termination of personal data processing are: achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, expiration of the personal data processing period, withdrawal by the Website User of consent to the processing of personal data, as well as identification of unlawful processing of personal data.
3.11. The Operator processes personal data where at least one of the following conditions applies:
3.11.1. personal data is processed with the User's consent to the processing of his or her personal data;
3.11.2. personal data processing is necessary to achieve the purposes provided for by the Law and to exercise and perform the functions, powers and obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
3.11.3. personal data processing is necessary to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, or to achieve socially significant purposes, provided that the rights and freedoms of the User are not violated;
3.11.4. personal data is processed where access to such data is provided by the User or at the User's request to an unlimited group of persons;
3.11.5. personal data that is subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with the law is processed.
3.12. The terms of personal data processing are determined based on the purposes of processing.

4. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. To protect personal data from loss, destruction and unauthorized access by third parties, the Operator uses modern software and hardware tools that provide protection and security measures.
4.2. The Operator undertakes to take all measures to ensure the confidentiality of information. The Operator has the right to access the User's personal data at the User's request, at the request of a court or law enforcement authorities in order to ensure the Operator's rights and legitimate interests, as well as in other cases provided for by the Law.
4.3. The Operator and other persons who have access to personal data are obliged not to disclose or disseminate personal data to third parties without the User's consent, unless otherwise provided by law.

5. RIGHTS OF WEBSITE USERS
5.1. The Website User has the right to receive information concerning the processing of his or her personal data, including:
5.1.1. confirmation of the fact that the Operator processes personal data;
5.1.2. the legal grounds and purposes of personal data processing;
5.1.3. the purposes and methods used by the Operator for personal data processing;
5.1.4. the name and location of the Operator, and information about persons who have access to personal data or to whom personal data may be disclosed on the basis of the law (except for the Operator's employees);
5.1.5. personal data relating to the User that is being processed, and the source from which it was obtained, unless the law provides for a different procedure for providing such information;
5.1.6. the terms of personal data processing, including the terms of storage;
5.1.7. other information provided for by law.
5.2. The Website User has the right to request that the Operator clarify his or her personal data, block it or destroy it in the form provided for by law in order to protect his or her rights if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for processing.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to the Policy independently. The amended version of the Policy shall enter into force and become binding on the User immediately after it is published on the Website. Users may be notified of changes made to the Policy; however, such notification is not mandatory, and the Operator encourages all interested parties to monitor changes to the Policy independently. If Users do not agree with changes to the Policy, they must stop using the Website.
